Our talented designers, graduates of best Polish art academies, work with you to develop your bespoke project. In their everyday work they use advanced graphic tool to prepare designs and visuals and apply artwork and textures provided by the customer. Visuals are subject to modifications and final approval to make sure you get what you like.

Step One
Contact us
Send your enquiry by email or using our online contact form. Provide all details that you believe might help us identify what you need. Our designers will adopt our existing designs to offer suggestions that might be suitable for you. It is also possible to order a completely new design made especially for you on exclusive basis.
To make the design process smother please provide the following information:
- Name, date and location of the event
- Budget you have
- Number of pieces
- Suggest the products on our page you like
- Event type or theme/ suggest motif and colours if important
- provide sample texts that you want to place
- provide any artwork you would like on the awards (logo, picture, background, etc - preferably in vector graphics files CDR, PDF, EPS, AI)

Step Two
We design
Basing on information and materials provided we start the design process during which we contact you and consult on the details. It is natural that initial projects are modified and altered. When the 2D drawings have been finally approved we can prepare a 3D photo visual. We will do that for free if your order exceeds 500 EUR, if the order value is less than 500 EUR or if you decide to discontinue the project after the photo visual has been prepared we would expect you to cover the cost of 15 EUR.
We can also make a prototype if there is enough time and budget but in most cases the visual is good enough to get the customer's approval.
Step three
Approval and production
Personalisation is the final stage before we start the production. The design gets the final touch, the decisions are made on the layout, artwork and font. The final version is send for final approval and only after the green light is granted by the customer, we start the production. Sometimes we start the production before the nominee names are known. In most cases we need to know all the names at least five days before shipment.
The production takes usually two weeks after the products have been approved for production. Shorter lead times are possible only if they have been individually agreed on. Please, always keep in mind your event date and take into account the transport time or any unexpected misfortunes that may occur. Do not wait till the very last moment as we may not be able to accept your order.

Delivery
Shipments are send every day.
